Darius Wise is the President and CEO of Red Rocks Credit Union, where he spearheads the strategic growth and innovation of one of Colorado’s premier financial institutions. Since joining the organization in December 2019, he has held key executive roles—including Chief Impact Officer and President/COO—where he architected forward-thinking strategies that significantly improved operational profitability and member engagement.

With over 25 years of experience in business transformation and organizational leadership, Wise has a proven track record of driving mission-aligned growth across both nonprofit and charitable sectors. His leadership is marked by a deep commitment to enhancing member value, advancing brand presence, and fostering inclusive financial ecosystems.

Wise holds a bachelor’s degree from Morris Brown College and has pursued advanced studies in Intercultural Leadership. He also holds executive certifications in leadership and fintech from MIT and Cornell University, underscoring his dedication to continuous learning and innovation.

Beyond his role at Red Rocks, Wise contributes to the broader financial and academic communities. He serves on the Board of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and is an Advisory Board Member for the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
