J.B. Kellogg, CEO and co-founder of Madwire, has studied leadership from every angle for over 20 years, but nothing reshaped his understanding more than discovering the Christian teachings of virtue—a true game-changer. It opened his eyes to a whole new level of leadership, one rooted in the character of Christ and powered by grace. This revelation ultimately led him to found Horse & Chariot, a ministry dedicated to sharing the Christian teachings of virtue with others.
Through years of experience, J.B. has come to see that living a virtuous life lifts the sails of the soul, allowing the grace of the Holy Spirit to move us forward. That is the key to true leadership. Conversely, a life of vice lowers those sails, cutting us off from the winds of grace.
In this talk, J.B. will share a short history of his journey into virtue, then dive into the seven chiefly virtues, their key sub-virtues, and how they apply to both life and leadership. Attendees will walk away with a clear, actionable understanding of Christian virtue and how it shapes virtue-driven leadership in business and beyond.

About the speaker
J.B. KELLOGG is the Co-Founder and CEO of Madwire.
