Why The Way...?
At its core, The Way Cohorts exist to help men identify and remove anything holding them back from living, loving, and leading more like Jesus.
Many men of faith know that a life of freedom, purpose, and joy is available to them. Yet somewhere between the theory and the reality, the clutch is slipping. They're left with a vague sense of smoldering discontent—a feeling that there must be something more.
Deep down, we know God has an adventurous calling on our lives. Yet many of us struggle to see the path forward with clarity and confidence.
The Way helps men bridge that gap.

Cohorts
Join a group of 8 to 12 men in a similar life stage, journeying together through transformative content, forging brotherhood, and encouraging each other along the way.
Coaching
We pair you with a trained life & leadership coach who will walk alongside you throughout the entire program, helping you navigate challenges, unlock growth, and stay on track toward your goals.
Connection
Get connected to a community of 160 men who share business, kingdom, and personal interests and aspirations through adventure trips and other transformative all community gatherings
