What is the Way…
At its core, “The Way Cohorts” exists to help men identify and remove anything holding them back from living, loving and leading more like Jesus. Many men of faith know that a life of freedom, purpose, and joy is available to them.
But for most, the clutch is slipping somewhere between the theory and the reality. They're stuck with a vague sense of smoldering discontent.
We've heard – and have an innate sense that God has an adventurous calling for us—yet many of us struggle to really grasp a vision of it and see the path forward.
THE SOLUTION
The gap between where we are and where God may be leading us can feel overwhelming. “The Way” Cohorts helps men bridge that gap. Through camaraderie, coaching, challenging formation practices, and shared experiences, men gain the clarity and courage to move from Point
A to Point B
- from striving to freedom,
- from isolation to camaraderie,
- from uncertainty to purpose,
- and from smoldering discontent to joy.
It's an invitation available to every man willing to take the next step.
OUR MODEL
Cohorts
Join a group of 8 to 12 men in a similar life stage, journeying together through transformative content, forging brotherhood, and encouraging each other along the way.
Coaching
We pair you with a trained life & leadership coach who will walk alongside you throughout the entire program, helping you navigate challenges, unlock growth, and stay on track toward your goals.
Connection
Get connected to a community of 160 men who share business, kingdom, and personal interests and aspirations through adventure trips and other transformative all community gatherings
