The Gospel invites us to receive one. At this Kingdom Way Advance breakfast, Kiara will challenge us to examine what happens when we reverse the order — when identity comes before activity, calling before comparison, stewardship before success, and obedience before recognition.

By the end of the morning, we want every leader wrestling with three important
questions:
1. WHO HAS GOD SAID I AM?
- Before the title.
- Before the revenue.
- Before the recognition.
- Before the business.
- Before the brand.
2. WHAT HAS GOD PUT IN MY HAND?
What gifts, experiences, resources, relationships, opportunities, and ideas have you already been entrusted to steward?
3. WHAT IS MY NEXT YES?
What is the next courageous act of obedience God may be inviting you into?
Because when identity becomes secure, authority becomes natural, assignment becomes clearer, and influence becomes stewardship. And from that place, we can build businesses, organizations, teams, brands, and lives that do more than attract attention.
We can build what God actually called us to build.
Kiara Loucks
Kiara Loucks is an entrepreneur, business leader, former Team USA/Canada bobsled pilot, and passionate follower of Jesus. Her heart is one for helping others understand who they are in Christ and what becomes possible when they live and lead from that identity. Her career has spanned Wall Street, Capitol Hill, technology and advertising, entrepreneurship,
athletics, and ministry, giving her a unique perspective on ambition, achievement, leadership, and purpose. But through every season, Kiara has discovered that our greatest authority doesn’t come from a title, résumé, platform, or accomplishment; identity comes from knowing whose we are and who we have been created to be.
Today, she is passionate about encouraging others to stop striving for an identity the world can give them and instead operate boldly from the identity, authority, gifts, and assignment God has already given them. She believes business can be more than a career or vehicle for success. Business can be a place of ministry, stewardship, obedience, and Kingdom impact.
