A Leadership Breakfast for Marketplace Men

Join us for “Risking to Win”

There are moments in leadership when playing it safe quietly becomes the greatest risk of all.

High-capacity men rarely fail because of lack of opportunity. They stall because of over-calculated caution. Because comfort masquerades as wisdom. Because vulnerability feels too costly.

Risking to Win is a curated breakfast gathering for influential marketplace men who sense that the next level of growth — in business, leadership, and faith — will require something more.

  • More courage.
  • More clarity.
  • More conviction.

Hosted at the distinguished Cherry Hills Country Club, this exclusive morning will combine elite environment, strategic insight, and brotherhood among men who refuse to settle for ordinary impact.

Keynote: Jim McCormick

Jim McCormick — executive advisor, founder of the Research Institute for Risk Intelligence, and author of The Power of Risk — has spent decades helping leaders transform how they perceive and leverage risk. This is not a conversation about recklessness.

It’s about intelligent, disciplined risk — the kind that separates stagnant leadership from breakthrough influence.

In this keynote, you’ll discover:

  • - Why we instinctively avoid risk — even when growth demands it
  • - How fear of vulnerability quietly limits your leadership ceiling
  • - The difference between perceived risk and actual risk — and how to close the gap
  • - Why elevated leadership always requires movement beyond the familiar
  • - How to strategically expand your comfort zone without compromising wisdom
  • - The necessity of risk for men who desire uncommon impact

        J.B. Kellogg

J.B. KELLOGG is the Co-Founder and CEO of Madwire.

He co-founded Madwire with his Dad in 2009 when he was 28 years old. JB helped grow the company to 100MM+ in annual revenue and 500+ employees in under 10 years—a rare feat, especially with minimal growth capital. At Madwire, J.B. enjoys being part of a character-first team and culture, driven to “make a difference” (the “m.a.d.” in Madwire ).

A short list of JB’s business achievements at Madwire include:

        • - 3x Top CEO in the US by Glassdoor for companies under 1,000 employees (2016-2018)
        • - 8x Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Company in America (2013-2020)

That said, J.B. is quick to make it clear he can not take credit for the items above. Instead, he points out that he’s blessed to be surrounded by an incredible team, an amazing wife and family who have supported him every step of the way, and, of course, God's good grace. Outside of Madwire, J.B. enjoys sharing lessons he’s learned in life and leadership throughout his journey. He also enjoys sharing the character-forming and soul-lifting Christian teachings of virtue via a labor of love he calls Horse & Chariot (see horseandchariot.com). Why? Because a lesson learned should be a lesson shared.
